This policy describes what personal data ZalAI (the "App", "we") collects, how it is used, and what rights you (the "user") have.

Health notes are a special category of data. The field about injuries and limitations is voluntary and optional. By entering this information, you give your explicit consent to its processing for a single purpose — adapting workout recommendations to your limitations. You can change or delete this data at any time in the "Profile" section, or together with your account.

We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for targeted advertising.
Supabase — database, authentication and file storage. Servers are located in the EU/US.

Google (OAuth and Gemini AI) — authentication via your Google account; AI workout generation via the Gemini API. Only the fitness profile and workout parameters required for generation are sent to Gemini — never your name, email or photo.

PostHog — anonymous usage statistics. Servers are located in the EU. Only the actions themselves are sent (for example "workout started"), tied to a random device identifier. We do not send your name, email, age, weight, height, health notes or the contents of your workouts. Session recording is disabled and no user profiles are created.

All data is stored on Supabase servers and protected by Row Level Security (RLS) — each user can only access their own data. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
Once the request is confirmed, all your data (profile, workouts, programs, avatar) is deleted within 24 hours and cannot be restored.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.
In case of significant changes we will notify you via push notification or update the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

ZalAI is a fitness application, not a medical service. Workout programs generated by artificial intelligence are of an informational and advisory nature, do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for consulting a doctor or a qualified trainer.
Consult a doctor before starting training — especially if you have injuries, chronic conditions or other limitations. You assess your own physical condition and perform exercises at your own discretion and risk. We cannot guarantee that a generated program will be safe or appropriate for your specific health condition, and we accept no liability for injuries or other harm related to the use of the App.
